Mona Brawley

Mona Brawley is the president of Mona Brawley Coaching, LLC. She pastors alongside her husband, Dr. Brawley III who is senior pastor and founder of Canaan Land Church International, located in Snellville, GA. She has been married to her college sweetheart, Don, for nearly thirty years. Together they graduated from college, were ordained and licensed, and now pastor Canaan Land Church International, which they began twenty-four years ago. She is the proud mother of their three children, Brandon (Kristie), Chantelle, and Aaron. In 1996, Mona founded Women of Destiny Ministry, a woman’s ministry dedicated to inspiring and challenging women to reach their fullest potential in Christ Jesus. She is admired by many for her keen ability to balance work, ministry, and family while maintaining her passionate pursuit of God.

Through the years, God has ordered her steps, which have led to many personal, professional, and spiritual accomplishments. In March 2018, she was selected Elementary Teacher of the Year by Gwinnett Alliance for Gifted Education for using her unique gift to motivate students to achieve their personal best. Her desire is to give back to others what God has planted in her. Her enthusiastic and passionate pursuit of her God-given purpose led her to continue her education at Regent University. She has earned a Masters in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring in May 2010. Mona enjoys coaching others and mentoring others to fulfill their God-given purpose while on earth; therefore, Mona Brawley Coaching, LLC was birthed. She takes pleasure in encouraging people to pursue and “reach the apex” of their potential. She uses her unique wealth of experience as a Christian, a pastor/pastor’s wife, an educator, a woman, and mother to inspire and minister to others.
